Located on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii, our charming confectionary sets gracefully nestled among the lush coffee and macadamia nut farms that thrive at the southernmost point of the United States.

We take enormous pride in our craft, each of our creations is handmade with aloha from the finest small farm ingredients, we source as local as possible, but unfortunately some things just are not sustainability grown in Hawaii.

We carefully grind our unique blend of volcanic sub-tropical cacao until we achieve the perfect consistency, we add cane sugar, cacao butter, soy lecithin and vanilla, this recipe is over 100 years old and the base of all our confections.
