We start by roasting Organic Hawaiian coconut fruit, then cold press it in Hawaiian Lava filtered Naturally Alkaline Spring Water, add organic small farm fair-trade coconut juice from Thailand, less than 2% Gellan Gum (Gellan gum is a vegan thickening ingredient added to foods to create and maintain a desired consistency).
