Sweet Cream Caramel Pecan Toffee Stroopwafel

We make our own waffle cone, stuff it with a Werther’s caramel soft chew, chocolate and pecans. Then we coat it in more chocolate and add more Toffee & Pecans to the top. Tasty & Delicious
